Terms of Use & Music Purchases

Digital music purchases
Individual songs are WAV downloads priced at $0.99 USD. Full albums are ZIP downloads priced at $12.99 USD. The product page and final checkout show the applicable price, contents and any applicable charges before purchase. No physical item is shipped. Preview tracks are samples, not the purchased full-length file.
Delivery and compatibility
Download access is granted after payment is confirmed. Links are provided on the order page and in the order email; purchases associated with an account are also available in My account. You need storage space, a compatible audio player and, for albums, a way to extract ZIP files. See Download Help for instructions.
Personal listening license
A purchase permits personal listening and personal backup copies. It does not transfer ownership of the music or grant permission to redistribute, resell, upload, sublicense, publicly perform or synchronize it with commercial content. Permissions required by law remain unaffected. Contact us for licensing inquiries.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials and purchase links private. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with the store or use another customer’s download permission. Contact us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account.
Order problems and refunds
For failed downloads, damaged files or duplicate charges, contact us with the order number and purchase email. Read the Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law provides.
Website content and external services
Music, artwork and site materials are provided for browsing and purchasing under their applicable rights. External streaming services have separate terms. Availability can change during maintenance; we will help resolve access problems with paid orders. Changes to these terms will be dated above and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
