What am I buying?
Songs are WAV audio downloads. Full albums are ZIP files containing the album audio. These are digital products; no CD, vinyl, or other physical item is shipped. Prices are in US dollars.
Where is my download?
After successful payment, download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your order email. If you purchased while signed in, you can also find available files under My account → Downloads. Some payment methods take longer to clear; access is granted after payment is confirmed.
How do I open an album?
Save the ZIP to your device, then extract it. On Windows, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All. On macOS, double-click it. On phones, use your Files app or a ZIP-compatible app. Open the extracted audio with a player that supports the file format.
My download stopped. What should I do?
Full albums are large files. Check your free storage, use a stable connection, and try the download link again. If it still fails, email contact@lukemasonmusic.com with your order number.
Can I share the files?
Your purchase is for personal listening. Please send friends to the official store so they can support the music with their own copy.
